Refund policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and, where applicable, in original packaging. To request a return, contact SetCollectives before sending anything at contact@setcollectives.com and include your order number and reason for the return. Do not send items back without return instructions.

Approved returns must be shipped using the instructions provided by SetCollectives. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible with photographs.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the UK or US. This is a general template and should be reviewed legally before relying on it.
